Prices and freight

All prices include VAT and handling. The prices exclude freight and postage. We accept no liability for printing errors/typos, incorrect prices or out of stock products.

Payment

Payment can be made online by Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB og American Express. The amount will be not be drawn until the product is shipped. Credit card payments are made via a secure server (SSL). When you pay by credit card, the item is dispatched as soon as you order.

Delivery

Delivery of goods from Hoptimist Shop is deemed to have taken place once the customer is in receipt of the item. Goods are shipped within 1–2 days. If the goods are on back order, they may be subject to a longer delivery time. If this is the case, you will be notified. If you have not taken delivery of an order, please contact us at info@hoptimist.com, so that we can track the parcel via UPS.

Warranty

All products carry a two-year statutory warranty, valid from the date of invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Defects which arise as a result of incorrect use, including accidents, abuse or error invalidate the warranty.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days. Returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. unused. You bear all costs in connection with the return of goods. If you return an item, the purchase price is refunded in full. If you wish to exchange an item, you must be prepared to pay the postage to send the new item. Goods returned unstamped or sent COD will not be accepted. If you purchased the goods by debit card or credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account.
